The Storm (English)
Flashing light
Crashing, tumbling
Beating onto the ground
Rolling across the sky
Reflecting off of
My curious eyes.
Staring out this windowpane
I'm mesmerized by the light
I fall into its beauty
Its force on what's below
Its power over the surface
Of the earth's terrain
Its power over me.
It overtakes me
Like a gust of wind
Grasping onto the branches
Of the victimous trees
My eyes glow at the sight
Fascinated by
The tumultuous light
And I couldn't bare
To be parted from the feeling.
How it fills my head with memories
Of stormy nights, tragic tears
They fell alot like
This rain falls tonight.
But strangely enough
The memories interlink
Entwining with the storm
As they create a bond
That turns all my hate
The depths of my pain
Into a sudden calm
An inexplicable warmth
That much like this storm
The tears will cease to shed
As soon as the night is over.
My head will uncloud
With this bitter thoughts
As the sun breaks through
The stormy clouds.
