NORA MAE BRADDOCK

WASHBURN--Mrs. Nora Mae Braddock, 80, widow of Wesley Braddock, died at a Bangor hospital Thursday evening after a short illness.

She was born at Caribou February 5. 1885, daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth (Tomlinson) McNeal. She had lived here for the past 23 years.

Mrs. Braddock is survived by three sons, William J. Baker of Wade, Bernam Baker of Connecticut, and Ovide O. Baker of Washburn; a daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Inman of Berlin, Conn.: a brother, Norman McNeal of Wade; two sisters, Mrs. Jennie Frazier of Mars Hill and Mrs. Minnie Chapman of Caribou; 27 grandchildren, 69 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Graves Funeral Home at Presque Isle Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m.

Funeral services will be held in the chapel of the funeral home Sunday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Donald MacKenzie, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Washburn, officiating.

Burial will be in the family lot in Evergreen Cemetery in Caribou in the spring. 1
