He was born here July 31, 1906, the son of Elmer and Hittie (Bodge) Stoddard. He had lived at Warehouse Point for the last 12 years.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Alice (Wilcox) Stoddard; a son, Philip, both of Waterhouse Point, Conn.; a brother, Verald of Port Crane, N. Y.; four sisters, Mrs. Lucy Day and Mrs. Alberta McNeal, both of Washburn, Mrs. Cora Currier of Mapleton, and Mrs. Frances Kidney of North Kingston, R. I.: and three grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Graves Funeral Home at Presque Isle Sunday from 6 to 8 p. m.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p. m. at the Washburn Pentecostal Church. The Rev. Renhard Sand of Hartford, Conn., a former pastor, will officiate, assisted by the Rev. Read Blackstone of Perham.
Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Washburn.
