This mixture is very potent! Take caution while cooking! Place a cover on the pot while cooking and have kitchen well ventilated. Wear rubber gloves when breakign up chili peppers.

Boil all ingredients (except for the cayenne pepper) for 20-30 minutes. Then, add cayenne pepper and stir. Strain mixture and allow to cool.

after mixture has cooled it can be sprayed onto the leaves of plants that your pests favor. Spray tops and other sides of leaves for longer lasting effectiveness. Spray again after rainstorms or waterings.
