Answer: After we get all of the necessary information, we will evaluate it and design a system for you.
Question: Is this very expensive?
Answer: No. You save a considerable amount, as you do the installation yourself. The prices for our equipment are very competitive
and give you great savings.
Question: Can't I just go to the electronics store at the mall and purchase my equipment?
Answer: The equipment we sell is high quality, professional security
equipment. It is manufactured by the leading manufacturers in the
security industry. Our 30 years in the industry gives us the ability to
advise you properly on your installation, selection of equipment and trouble-shooting!
Question: What happens if I encounter difficulty with installing the
equipment?
Answer: We are there to give you support and any technical advice
and guidance that you may need. We can help solve your situation
by either email contact, or connecting in a chat room as well as by phone.
Question: What happens if I need help after completing the installation?
Answer: As with all the system that we install we continue an ongoing
relationship with all of our clients. We would hope to have a similar relationship with you. We will be here to help you after the sale!!!
Question: Is there a charge for your help in selecting, designing and
installation advice?
Answer: Absolutely not!!! We would hope that you would purchase your equipment and accessories from us.
Question: Will it be difficult to install this system?
Answer: If you have tackled other do-it-yourself projects you should be able to complete the installation with our help. We have trained many installers over the years and are willing to use our expertise to
help you complete this alarm project successfully.
Question: Do I have to use one of your "Packages"?
Answer: No, these packages are only guidlines...we will work with you to select or change these packages to suit your needs.
Question: Do I have to purchase special tools to install my system?
Answer: You will need the following common household tools: Handheld electric drill & Bits
Screwdrivers sm/med/large
Measuring tape
Flashlight
Razor type utility knife
Pocket size level
Hammer
Small prybar
Inexpensive Electrical Multimeter would be extremely helpful
Wire cutter/strippers
Question: What if I need some special tools or equipment...will I have to buy it?
Answer: We have a tool and equipment rental program, that for a small charge we can ship the needed tool to you, when you are finished, you simply return it to us. Ask about this program!!!
