    This tudor revival style mansion was the residence of famed Canadian author Mazo de la Roche from 1939 to 1945. It has been home to the Zoroastrian Society of Ontario since 1978. Zoroastrianism is a 3700 year old religion, originated in Persia.
  3. The Alter of the St. Paul's Basilica

    Patterned on the Italian Renaissance-style, designed by architect Joseph Connolly, built in 1889. Designated as Minor Basilica by Pope John Paul II in 1999. Beautiful interior restoration was recently completed
  5. Little Trinity Anglican Church

    Architect and year: Henry Bower Lane, 1843-44. This is the oldest standing church building in Toronto, a fine example of early Gothic Revival architecture.
  7. Font cover in the St. Paul's Bloor Street Church

  9. St. Simon-the-Apostle Anglican Church

    An Arts-and-Crafts building by architects Strickland and Symons, was constructed in 1887. In 2001 Spencer Higgins Architects created new front (including narthex, courtyard, and steeple), an elevator and ramp to make access easier for those who use the multi-level church facilities, and improved amenities for Saint Simon’s Shelter.
