Linsky, Linsky what have you done?
When am I ever to get my work done?
The seed was planted, not to ignore.
Your challenge I accept with mighty vigor.
The phone rang this morning at quarter to eight.
Your Mom is not well, can't tell you her fate.
Postponed my work day, to town on the run.
Four hours of coaxing, was really no fun.
But up I did get her, showered and dressed.
Hair set and styled, I was doing my best!
Took her with me to my appointment in x-ray
She sat in the waiting room, to tired to stray.
Thank-you Lord, I was not dressed for looking.
Then out for lunch, let others do the cooking!
Mom went to dialysis, I went to work very late.
My client was willing, no trouble for him to wait.
We got through the listed, I did not let him fall.
He assured me and insisted, no problem at all.
K-mart had discounts, 75 and 90 percent.
For grandkids goodies, I spent nary a dent.
Happy boys for sure, no matter the cost.
Mom and Dad can share, just say it got lost!
Back to get Mom, see what the day has brought.
The access is blocked, no, not surgery, I thought.
How do I explain, how do I say it's for the best?
Can this be in Gods plan, is this some kind of test?
Lord help me to handle the task set before me.
I ask for the prayers and support from our family.
But I know I don't have to, this is not the first time.
Many elements and problems, given now in rhyme.
Prayers lifted upward, love sent in this endeavor
May God keep and bless you, now and forever.
Guess I am getting to tired to do this justice. But it was a stress reliever
to me. Hope you don't get to stressed reading it. The delete button is never
to far away!
Love in Bunches to the bunch of you! Donna
