BNI Tower
This 56-story office building is currently the
tallest structure in Jakarta. The structural system
incorporates a perimeter tubular frame and an interior shear/core
wall.
The typical floor system uses one-way post-tensioned
concrete beams spanning 12 meters between corewall and perimeter
columns.
