This is the second member of  the Lhasa Apso Canada Club to be convicted of Cruelty to Animals.

Unfortunately, some people who are well-ensconced in your local dog scene (shows) could be categorized as operating puppy mills. Prospective buyers should be careful to question anyone they are considering as a source for a puppy.

Yes Puppy Mills are in Canada as well!

Dogs are to be loved, nourished and adorned - not used for the purpose of mass population for monetary gain nor for show status.
