From his first litter there were 6 pups including one blue & white.
Two puppies from that litter were exported to the USA and the bitch puppy "Kelly"  gained her Amer Championship title and is Amer Ch Jenaid Scene Stealer.  The blue male "Thief" is major pointed taking BOB over specials to get his major.
Career Highlights in the USA:
Winners Dog and Best of Winners at the first Border Collie National which was his first show in the USA.
Finished his American Championship in his first three shows in the USA from the Bred By Exhibitor class.  He beat the specials dogs for his final two 5 point majors.
Best Of Breed at Westminster Kennel Club show in 1998.
Ranked number 3 Border Collie in both breed and all breeds in 1998.
Ranked numer 4 in breed and 5 in all breeds in 1999.
Merlin has been the only Breeder/Owner/Handled BC to place in the top 5 for both breed and all breeds for the last two years.
Many group placements including group 1's in the last two years.
Merlin has one leg towards his first herding title.
