The International Norfolk Terrier and Norwich Terrier Club was founded as an internet-based organization in 1995. Club activities are by way of the official email discussion list and personal contact with other fanciers of the breeds.
The club is governed by a set of adopted organizational by-laws and discussion list policies with a formally-elected slate of officers.
