Dear Dr. Noelke:

I am writing to express my support for the possibility of having a stamp advocating the spaying and neutering of pets. As a concerned citizen and future animal rights attorney and policy planner, I believe that ending pet overpopulation is a realistic and worthy goal. A stamp embodying this goal would be a great step in the right direction which could communicate to many people the dire need and absolute necessity of altering pets in order to stop the killing of millions of homeless animals each year.

Thank you for your consideration and support.

Sincerely,
