Mom worked at the Library again today. And they are gonna pay her again today!! She was gone almost all day, but at least she will be able to buy me and Fuzz treats and stuff!! Mooch |
I sneaked out of the apartment today when Mom opened the front door. It was so much fun. Mom chased me and chased me until she caught me. She thinks she caught me anyway, but really I let her catch me. I didn't want that old lady to have a heart attack or something, chasing after me, 'cause then who would feed me and Fuzz?? Mooch |
Mom was eating corn chips and salsa today, and I bugged her until she gave me some salsa. She told me that I wouldn't like it but I showed her. I ate it and wanted more!! Mmmmmmmmmmmm good!! Mooch |
Dear Diary,Mom got more stuff to put together today. She got a baker's rack to put all her pretty 
blueberry stuff on that goes in the kitchen, and she got a wooden shelf with purple flowers on it to put in the bedroom. Mom just loves purple flowers and she has about a million of them in her bedroom. Well, she got those new shelves put together - she just loves to put things together - and she didn't have to say too many bad words this time, only a few.Mooch |
Mom and Aunt Lilka took me for a big adventure today!! First we went to Mom's place where she works. It is such a big building - I snooped all over the place and never even got to see it all. I jumped up on the counter at Mom's work station and guess what - she has pictures of me and Fuzz hanging on the wall where she can see them all the time. I even got to meet Mom's friend Viper, he's the one that signed our guest book and said mean things about kitties!! Mom told me it was ok to bite him if I wanted to!! Then we went to the greenhouse where Mom's friends Jan and Cindy work. It was so much fun - there were so many plants to chew on and Jan told me it was ok to go ahead and chew on them!! Aunt Lilka bought some new plants to take home for cousins Slick and Tiny to chew on too. Then we went to Andy's Frozen Custard. Mom had a chocolate malt, Aunt Lilka had a chocolate raspberry sundae and I even got a vanilla Kitty-cone!! It was so yummy!! I tried to get Fuzz to go with us but he just would not go!! He missed out on so much fun. Mom says next time he is going to go - we are just going to make him go!! He doesn't know what he is missing!! Mooch |
Dear Diary,Today Mom and Aunt Lilka went to Aunt Dodie's house to work in their new garden. I don't know what they planted, but there better be some catnip in that garden for me and Fuzz!! Mooch |
Today Mom and Aunt Dodie went to uncle Kenny and Aunt Iris's to see the new house they are building. Mom says that cousins
Rocky, Tarbaby, and Gizmo aren't very happy about the whole thing.
They don't like to move. I will just have to email them and tell them that moving isn't such a bad thing - me and Fuzz and Mom have done it several times!!
Then while Uncle Kenny was playing with Rocky, Rocky turned around and bit Mom's ankle!! Boy, was she surprised!!

WOW! Did we ever have a bad storm in the night!! I think it must have been a tornado - it was so scary! The wind and rain came in through the kitchen window and blew everything around in there. It knocked stuff off the counters and off the walls, too. It even blew part of the roof off!! There was such a crash that it woke Mom right up and she had to run out onto the balcony to rescue all her plants.
I sure am glad she got them all because what would I chew on if those plants were all gone?? I guess Aunt Lilka and Cousins Tiny and Slick weren't so lucky - Aunt Lilka lost some of her plants and almost lost her whole balcony - there are great big holes in the ceiling of her balcony and you can see right up into the roof!! They lost part of the roof too, and one of her neighbors had a broken window. Me and Fuzz and Tiny and Slick sure were scared!!Mooch |
Dear Diary,Today Mom and Aunt Dodie went out with Kat for her birthday. She sure is getting old too!! They went to eat, of course, and Mom said something about balloons tied in Kat's hair and sucking the helium out of them?!?! Mooch |
Well, Grandaddy Longlegs is moving far away! So Mom and Aunt Dodie went out to the country to visit him before he goes. Uncle Pat is gonna be living in the old house now with all his family: Sirius and Titan, the two dogs (can you believe he has dogs??), and Norton, Biscuit, and 8ball, the three big black cats. 
I remember Norton and Biscuit from a long, long time ago. Uncle Pat and those two kitties lived with us for a little while. Norton is such a silly kitty - he is afraid of socks now because one day when he was playing one of Uncle Pat's socks attacked him - well that's his story anyway!!Mooch |
Mom took me to that weird bookstore again where Aunt Lilka works. I wish Fuzz would go too! They have all kinds of neat stuff to look at there, but they wouldn't let me chew on the nice plants! Mooch |
Fuzz and me made a new friend today. His name is Brian and he went to school with Mom 20 years ago. WOW that is a long time! Anyway Mom found him on the internet (of course) at classmates.com and he came to see us. He played games with us and he let me sniff and sniff him. We think he is ok, 'cause he was really nice to us kitties. Mooch |
