5.7 Use of the Graph (Ctrl-F6)

At pressing on a combination of keys Ctrl-F6 ("Graph") on the screen at once will be drowed the graphic diagram, appropriate by a data, contained in that field of a database, on which in a current moment there is the cursor, on all records from a current file. If previously necessary selection of a required category of records the diagram was carried out will show structure of meanings of a current field just for chosen records.
The kind of the diagram depends on a type of data of that field of base, on meanings of which this diagram is built.
If this field is line - there will be the "Columns" diagram, each column which will have size, proportional to amount of records met in a database, meaning of a key field in which will correspond to the name it column. All columns on the diagram will be ordered on decrease of meaning, thus in the beginning always will be columns with such meanings of a key field, which in a current file there was the greatest amount, then - with such meaning, which was hardly less, etc.
If all columns of the diagram were not placed on the screen (in a case if of variants of meaning(importance) of the given line field very much), on the diagram will be shown only first 8 columns with the greatest meanings, and at an exit from view of the diagram after pressing on a key ESC on the screen will be displayed a small table with the list of ALL variants of meanings of a key field, which were in an analyzed file, with the indication of meaning of amount for this column, as the menu, which is possible scroll. There is the opportunity by pressing of Enter key on chosen item this menu to make selection of all cards from a database with this meaning. At pressing on ESC the user comes back in a usual mode of work with a current file.
If the key field is numerical - in this case instead of "Columns" diagram on the screen will be constructed the diagram of "Distribution of density of information" with display on a scale of meanings of the current field .
