5.5 Use of the "Print of the simple lists"
(Alt-F4, Alt-F5, Alt-F9, F9)


               The program allows easily and quickly create the tabulared forms of the lists of any fields from any categories of records. For this purpose previously it is possible to select with the help of teams of selection necessary group of records on any required conditions and to establish the required order of display with the help of a team order (and sequence of fulfilment of these teams of meaning has not). Then it is necessary to carry out the following actions:
               1. If earlier already creation of other table with use of this function - was carried out to reset the list of fields, chosen in the previous time for print by pressing of a combination of keys Alt-F4 ("Fields Reset") (if is necessity).
               2. To make a choice of fields of a database, which will be present at the created table, by consecutive installation of the cursor on necessary fields of the table and "fixation" of necessary fields by pressing of a combination of keys Alt-F5 ("Choice of fields").
               3. Pressing on a combination of keys Alt-F9 ("Heading") to fill in lines of heading, which will be above(over) the received table, following the directions "the foreman of creation of heading" in dialog mode (if is necessity).
               4. To start function of creation of the ordered table by pressing of a key F9 ("Print").
               After it the table with the necessary headings of fields, with those records will be created which were required, and with general heading, if it was given at drawing up of the order on the table, formated for a printing on the printer.
               The direction of a conclusion (on the screen or on the printer) is defined by a choice of item of the Main Menu "Main menu -> System -> To screen" or "Main Menu -> System -> To print".
               All set-up, teams given for fulfilment of creation and the prints of the table of the simple list (general heading of the table and list of chosen fields), are remembered by the program and for a print of the same table (but, it is possible for other data, for example, after other selections) it is not required of their repeated task. They are also kept even after an exit and subsequent entrance into the program again. For start of process of creation of the table in these cases it is enough to press only one key F9 ("Print").

               In the UNIDAT program there is the opportunity of a choice of two ways of registration of the tables, prepared for print. In first one a case of the table will be drawn by the continuous text, without sectoring on a horizontal, only being limited top "cap", with division only vertical columns. In the second variant each row of the table is separated by a horizontal line. The second variant looks more nice, but at print on slow matrix printers requires greater time for a print. Also at formation by such method the table will be broken on the greater number of sheets. The table, generated by the first method, looks more compact and smaller amount of a paper and time for listing requires. Switching modes of listing comes true through item the Main Menu (F10) "Main Menu -> System -> Underlining".The choice of this mode is necessary for making before a team of creation of this or that table will be started.

               IT IS USEFUL: After fulfilment of formation of any printed form in a mode of a conclusion on the screen in the working catalogue of the program a file DATA.TMP will be formed, in which there will be the complete image of the generated table in a textual format, which can be used for any purpose by user.
