Togga is my friend Kim's pet parakeet, something of an old grandpa bird nowadays.  He loves his cage very much, like so many small animals, and is very difficult to get out because of this.  Once he is out, he flies around and perches on top of the bedroom dresser, and he starts squawking if anyone tries to catch him again!  He has a lot of personalilty, though, and he is very fun to watch!  He talks to himself constantly, and he frequently watches his "twin" in the mirror in his cage.
