- push-ups -non stop -max 60
- long jump -3 jumps -max 9'10
- pull-ups -2 minutes -max 30
- 300 yard -timed -max 44 seconds
- shuttle run
- 1 mile swim (really early in the morning, like 5 am!!)
- Rope bridge
- Hasty rappelling
- proper rope tying, rope deployment, rappelling, and rope recovery techniques
- tying the Rappel Seat (Swiss-Seat) timed.
- Obstacle Course a.k.a. LITTLE NAM
- Distance Run....the infamous 13.5 Kolekole Pass Run
