Letaku was born on Planet Vegeta during the big battle against the "Tuffles." He was flown to the planet inhabited by the Arcozians right before his home was destroyed. There he trained under an ex-martial artist who was very skilled in theivery. When his trainging was complete, he was flown to Earth to test his abilities.
