GERMANY DOES NOT TOLERATE THE KADEK TERRORISM!..
Continuous operations are conducted in Germany against the terrorists of the
PKK, which changed its name into KADEK following its inclusion in the European
Union's list of terrorist organizations in order to evade the surveillance of
the security forces.
KADEK terrorists, aiming at escalating their acts of violence in Germany by
presenting the imprisonment conditions of terrorist Abdullah Ocalan as a
pretext, are captured one by one and brought to trial.
According to the reports that took place on the German media, it has been stated
that terrorists called Hasan A. and Ali K., two of the representatives of the
terrorist organization KADEK-PKK, would be brought to trial on charges of
"organizing the activities of the terrorist organization" and "being members of
the terrorist organization".
Following was expressed in the statement made by the German Federal Prosecutor
General's Office: "The Prosecutor General's Office has filed a suit against the
two terrorists who are representatives of the PKK the new name of which is
KADEK. It has been found out that the suspect called Hasan A. had conducted
activities in Frankfurt, Giessen, Mainz, Mannheim, Darmstadt, Saarbrucken and
Hannover while the other suspect called Ali K. had carried out activities in the
cities of Cologne, Bonn, Dusseldorf, Duisburg, Dortmund and Essen, on behalf of
the terrorist PKK (its new name is KADEK) which is banned in Germany. Terrorists
Hasan A. and Ali K. will be tried and sentenced to imprisonment at the Celle
Higher Land Court on charges of being members of the terrorist organization
KADEK and organizing the activities of the organization."
Meanwhile, it has been reported that the German police sustaining its operations
against the representatives of the terrorist KADEK raided the house of Mehmet
Tahir Cibakci, a KADEK terrorist active in the city of Wolfenbuttel, on February
18, 2003. It has been determined that the police, after having made a search in
the house and car belonging to Mehmet Cibakci in order to "find materials and
similar equipment belonging to the terrorist organization KADEK banned in
Germany", has seized a number of illegal propaganda materials, and that a suit
would be filed against Mehmet Tahir Cibakci on charges of "acting on behalf of
the terrorist organization".
It has been stated that on February 20, 2003, a group of approximately 300 KADEK
terrorists who wanted to hold an illegal demonstration in St. Raphael and Frejus
on the pretext of improving the imprisonment conditions of terrorist Abdullah
Ocalan, were hindered by the police, and a number of organizational members who
insisted on conducting activities were arrested.
German authorities, expressing "the ban imposed on the PKK in Germany as of 1993
also applies to KADEK", stress that "KADEK terrorists will not be allowed to
escalate violence by presenting the imprisonment conditions of Abdullah Ocalan,
leader of the organization, as a pretext".
In the statement of the German Federal Prosecutor General's Office issued on
January 21, 2003 in the Newspaper Die Tageszeitung, it was made clear, by saying
the following, that KADEK, which is an extension of the PKK, was banned in
Germany: "The terrorist organization PKK which is banned in Germany has changed
its name into KADEK as of April 2002. The ban imposed on the PKK also applies to
KADEK. Although the organization has changed its name, it maintains its
terrorist structure and activities."
