KURDS REACTING SEVERELY AGAINST
THOSE FROM KADEK RAIDING ON THE FUNERAL HOUSE!..

 It is reported that the Kurds are reacting severely against the efforts of the KADEK administration carrying out executions against the cadres opposing the anti democratic practices within the organization with the purpose of escalating violence in the European countries. Cursing the KADEK terrorists who raided on a funeral house in Germany and injured five people, one of whom seriously, the Kurds are carrying out campaigns to the international organizations by the name of “Let’s Not Remain Silent on the KADEK Murders”.

Underlining that the PKK-KADEK rhetorics of  “democracy, peace and unity” are not candid and do not reflect the reality, the Kurdish associations note that the armed cadres in the camps of the organization in the North Iraq pose an important threat for the Kurds who live in Europe and who do not share the same views with KADEK.

Concerning the attack by the KADEK in the city of Freiburg in Germany, in a press statement issued on the web site of a Kurdish association on April 3, 2003 it has been stated that;

“The acts of violence by the PKK-KADEK directed against the Kurds living in Europe continue increasingly. Within the last month KADEK has carried out three organized and centralized attacks which we have been able to determine. Causing the injury of hundreds of people in the raids on the Nevruz celebrations nights in Berlin on March 15 and in Paris on March 16 the KADEK members attacked lastly M.Can Yüce and his family (funeral house) who had been in the leading positions in the KADEK-PKK for years and later had chosen to split from the organization as a result of disagreements.

After losing his elder brother, M.Can Yüce goes to the Freiburg City of Germany on March 30, 2003 in order to condole with his nephew Hüseyin and his family living there. M.Can Yüce starts accepting condolences in the house of his nephew. The administrators of the association of KADEK in Freiburg also come to offer their condolences. The condolences of 5-man-group, one of whom is the chairman of the association and the two of whom are in the administration are accepted in line with the traditions. These people who have  gone back to the association some time later organize almost 20 young KADEK members and send them to the funeral house. Although these KADEK terrorists say that they have come to offer their condolences, they in a way occupy the house. At that time M. Can Yüce and his nephew are not at home. The KADEK attackers start waiting. When Hüseyin Yüce arrives, the KADEK attacker who has introduced himself as the YCK representative, warns that M.Can should leave  Freiburg by night, otherwise both he  and his family will be killed. The host Hüseyin tells the attackers that they should not to be disrespectful, that they are mourning, that they are in the house of funeral. The wife of Hüseyin is so good intentioned that she is serving tea to these attackers whom she thinks have come to  offer their condolences. Just at that moment M.Can comes to house and remind the people in discussion that they are in the funeral house. The KADEK members attack M. Can and Hüseyin. One of the attackers takes the teapot on the tea table and pours it over the head of Hüseyin and causes him to be scalded. The attackers manhandle M.Can Yüce together with those who are at home and then they flee.

This attack has been the result of the centralized, organized and a certain policy. That is why those who are principally  responsible for the attack is the KADEK administration. Some time ago the KADEK representative Muzaffer AYATA who held meetings in Freiburg and in the vicinity said that “M. Can Yüce comes around and holds meetings and yet none of you does anything about it” and thus showed M.Can Yüce as target for execution. Ali Rýza Altun who leads the KADEK Europe organization through gangs and mafia methods, also issued commands for this kind of attacks against Kurds. The chairman and the administrators of this association subordinate to KADEK in Freiburg are the instigators of this attack.

We call all the patriots, democrats, human rights defenders not to remain silent on the KADEK murders and violence, bring the attackers to justice and to display the terrorist identity of the KADEK to the international public opinion. We expect the EU to defend the Kurds against the KADEK terrorism and ensure that the young people within the KADEK would return to their families.”

In which religion, which morality, which conscience, which philosophy, which system the insolence of raiding on the funeral house exists? What can justify this despotism? In every religion, belief, tradition and system of thought respect for the dead, funeral house and mourning are essential. They have been made inviolable with the judgments of value.

Whom and where these despots of the KADEK have received the right of raiding on a house, issuing threats and the right of deciding who can or can not stay in a place? The KADEK aggressiveness, insolence and despotism are not baseless. This attitude of KADEK is the result of its policy to continue its despotic rule, to recognize no right to live apart from itself, to suppress, to terrorize, to usurp work and to keep the stolen means under its monopoly and its failure to give up its approach for “violence” in its essence.
