My home in Ispra - Italy

How could I resist to a 2 bedroom, balcony, swimming pool, lake side, marina apartment? The Lake Major is 60 miles long and leads into swiss. We are surrounded by the Alps, are at 45 minutes from Milan and only 2 hours from Venice or Monte Carlo but hey, some say why travel... Take a look at the lake from my bosses apartment:

And now from mine on a very sad day... We do have palm trees in the back yard so summer should be hot.
