Know your way, but always prepare for plan ‘B’.
The reasons if you follow this poem you will see.
Pick a strong route: life’s path or belief and follow it.
Always have a backup in case the selected doesn’t fit.
The need for plan ‘B’ can be explained many ways.
Have another means than main path to follow pays.
But to have too many choices will create hesitation;
During critical times this may result in devastation.
Suppose you want to be an actor and put on some pounds.
Explore honing your craft behind-the-scenes with sounds.
Your chosen path maybe a doctor, but you’re squeamish of blood.
Meteorology maybe great, predict the weather and even the floods.
Sometimes a plan ’B’ may turn out to be better than the primary.
A machinist avoiding soiled clothes may opt to work in a dairy.
Working outside, subjected to the heat or cold weather elements;
Can be a hardship and a change to another venue sure makes sense.
I hope I’m getting through to you and you will now listen and think hard,
What’s best for you, keep you options open, but always be on your guard.
