The recommended system of purchasing was based on replenishing inventory-using Min/Max points within the confines of the company’s historical Critical Path Method charts.

Generated, modified and prepared for legal review respective service contracts and amendments.

I chaired weekly project meetings with the respective trade foremen and superintendents to monitor the project and to forecast the following week’s activities.

Implemented scheduling assisted by, Primavera software, and CPM & PERT charts.
Reported status as needed to the company principals, architects and the respective clients.
