17Only one specimen was found despite extensive searching.
Appears very superficially like a rough surfaced version of the Pigmy
Turrisitala (No 16).
The surface is strongly ribbed; the upper whorls more compact; the
last whorl expanded at an angle, strongly descending; the umbilicus
narrow and deep. The aperture appeared to contain toothing but was
difficult to examine properly because of fine silt of some
sort.
