Teardrop
The glistening of a tear half fallen,
The river it leaves in its path.
The story of life can be told by these,
Look deep and you will see,
The broken sorrows,
The pain of life;
All is told through someone's strife.
Let it be from these, that we all learn,
To follow our dreams,
Our destines!
Though pain and sorrow are often times felt,
Without these, we'd be as dried leaves blowing in the wind;
The pain forces us to grow from within,
To build our barriers or wear them thin.
No one knows just which to do,
But neither will you unless you choose.
Let it be said that life is pain,
But inside you, you can stop the rain!
Support outside can do nothing but help,
Believe me on that, I know how you've felt.
Though this tear need not to be of pain,
It could simply,
Be the end of the rain!
