I Can't Know Why

I just wanted to say,

I can't know why;

I can't even see,

How you see through your eyes.

Life has its ups,

Surely its DOWNS,

Though don't let it be,

That these make you frown.

Let it all out,

Don't let any remain,

For it is in these,

That cause all life's pain.

Don't hold it in,

Give it no room to breathe,

Let it sit still,

For this makes you grieve.

People are there,

Giving their all,

Listening to you,

No mater how big, little or small.
