My Pride and joy of the Artworks I have done are my 3 Totem poles.. 1 still exist in whole, however "2 f the 3 had to be taken down over the years because of Rotting ( The largest one of 17 feet tall)" .. One thing we can't really have control over ( The weather and Pests ). I submitted my artwork slides/pics to many museums  but was refused by all of them. I had no other choice really but to put them out into the great outdoors. Many neighbors and their chiuldren enjoyed them for years to come in front of my moms home. It made children "smile and come visit".. A great enough payment for me. Cutting the largest one down was a heart attack to me, but I kept a few pieces of it in memory (Bears/Parliment Buildings of ottawa with RCMP police. The large eagle on top was not salvageable unfortunately and had rotted) I had tried many years to raise funds with the sale of them to fund a RV trailer & driver top follow me as I intended to walk across Canada and back for charity fund raiser for Cancer Research/Juvenile Diabetes & Cystic Fibrosis. But with no luck I gave up after 6 / 7 years of trying with no luck.

Here are a few other pieces. I made 2 Deer's, One wasn't  built right and had to be destroyed but the other one was
donated to Tea'n Tole off the Main Aylmer Road in Aylmer/Gatineau Quebec.
It has been there for quite a few years and is ailing...soon they will probably get rid of it, so enjoy it while its still there..
It was made from vines off of a tree that fell do to the Great Ice Storm we had...
The piece of art was named Ice Storm..

This grotto I built for my mom in the same year that my Father passed away from Cancer. It was to be a Place to keep his Ashes but we decided to keep them indoors with us. It has a Waterfall that cascades down the left side that is turned on beside the house wall switch. My Mom enjoys Planting many colorful Pansies every year. Every Year we seem to be attracting a MOLE'S that loves to build their home inside the flower bed...

Here are a few decorative hangings I molded out of Molders clay.
I then turned them into Plastic, by Making a Soft Plastic Mould negative (With 2 Part liquid System),
and then poured a hard white plastic into them (Again with 2 Part liquid System)... Later I painted them.

This Spinning Wheel is 1 of 3 Full Sized spinning Wheels that I made.
I Gave 2 away to good friends of mine. One as a wedding Gift and another for a fiend and his wife. My Father made his own wood carving lathe, with the help of a good Neighbor who worked for a metal milling shop. ( He made the revolving Chuck part, without it the machine was not possible. Thanks Mr. Cousineau).

And here is a Mini one I made for my mom. 15 inches tall..

I watched my father weld a couple times ( Perhaps 2 to 3 times.) He gave me 5 minuits of practice one day when I was about 14 years old.
Shortly before he passed away from Cancer ,I started to make a Wine Rack for my parents.
(My Father and Mother used to make their own wine from Red/White//Black Currents that we grew, as well as grapes.)
I had to chop off 6 inches from the top in order to fit it in the house properly which put a damper on making the top
6 inches with stain glass window, which was my vision. Turns out My mom uses it for her plants in summer now.

Had some fun one day and went to a Ceramic Painting place in Ottawa. Painted a dish and had it Baked in a Kiln. It is kind of difficult to obtain what you want ( as the paint you choose in its "wet liquid form" isn't what it turns out to be in its baked dry form.) It's a Tricky piece of work, however I was satisfied with the turnout... IT'S a GREAT idea and fun filled activity you can do with children.. They also do some Mosaic work.
This is where I went to....

Over the many Years we build lots of stuff together and apart from each other..
We have both won many paining competitions. Here are a few houses that we built... We even sold some to gaming stores.
I'll try and get pictures of all kinds of work we did  here as I take them.

My Chain Armor I linked / weaved. Each link was made and cut by myself.
My father made us a Chainmale Spring Rolling machine, so we made our own Coils.
(reducing the cost of actually haveing to buy premade/cut rings from a Chain armor dealer.)
Making this armor is very hard on the hands.

A couple Canfle Holders bent with Metal Rod wire and welded / Painted

I used to paint and build lots of Diorama's and walked away with over 20 trophies, But gave most my work away.

I have some pictures that I will transfer from camera one day with capture function.
