Hmmm, a tour of the backyard track... not a bad idea. Watch the web site for the possibility.

Randy also reported an awful lot of mud in the wheel wells of his Toyota truck (2WD). One wheel was so loaded he had to remove the dried mud to get it past the brake drum when he was doing a tire swap!

Randy & the ASCC crew: Many thanks for a fun event! We always look forward to the Winter Series. Incidently, I inadvertantly drove off with about 5 pounds of Northern Wisconsin mud inside my wheels. Do you need that returned, or is it OK if I keep it? Tim how about a special stage around your backyard track for the MWR?!

Just a comment on the Sno*Fall Rally. Since I ended up without a navigator (Diane had offered to work and was needed) I offered to run sweep. But since I was running the course anyway, I entered as the last car on the road and ran alone, with my trusty ol Curta calculator (a pre-1970 mechanical unit). I managed some pretty good scores, but did not calculate on all legs. On one I figured I was very late and ended up a minute early; on another I did not follow the course, guessed wrong where the control wa located and blundered in only 7 seconds off! Hope you can make it to the next event in January. Tim
