Project ’57 Chevy

Hot Rod 150

An original ’57 Chevy with vintage 60’s styling cues

and a modern seat-of-the-pants drive

Build Sheet

Chassis

q       Front Suspension

o       Stock front end rebuild kit with polygraphite bushings (Performance Suspension Technology - PST)

o       Classic Drop 2” lowering spindles (Mike McGaughy)

o       1.5” lowering front coil springs (Quickor Suspension)
Update: This front end setup was too low to be streetable - a medium size speed bump would have taken out my mufflers! I have since reverted to stock height coil springs from East Coast Chevy and am much happier with the ride and the stance still screams HOT ROD!

o       Original ’57 Chevy steering column (McGaughy)
