Robert writes; "My father gave me the rifle in 1957 or 58. I have the manual that came with the rifle. I shot a lot of animals with this rifle between 58 and 1965; then it was laid aside until the early 80s when I found it wouldn't hold a charge anymore so I sent it to Beeman-Sheridan (Benjamin-Sheridan) and they replaced the valve and checked it over."
