Mission : The rescue services division of the Clinton FA & Rescue
Squad is tasked with the delivery of rescue services to those in need of
assistance and the delivery of pre hospital care in adverse, unusual &
dangerous enviroments & situations.

Clinton Rescue Squad, a progressive combination (paid/non-paid)
EMS/Rescue department, has been in exesistance since 1968 and is part
of the Hunterdon county emergency services system, station 45.Our
primary response area comprises 48 square miles. Included in this area
are the following municipalities- Town of Clinton, Clinton township,
Lebanon boro, Union township and Franklin township. In 1990, it was felt
that in order to provide better patient care & enhance our operational
capabilities the rescue services part of the organization would pared off
into a division of it's own, hence the designation of Rescue Co.45. As time
has progressed, it's level of capabilities has greatly expanded &
enhanced thus changing it's name to Technical Rescue 45.

Technical Rescue 45 is directly supervised by a Captain, a Lieutenant and
a Water Rescue Officer. Also as part of it's rank structure there is a
Divemaster and an engineer that maintain our gear and rolling stock.

Personnel wise, we have 25 members currently, from both volunteer &
career. All of these people have a wide variety of technical backgrounds,
from firefighting to ice diving to hazmat techs to med students. Our
personnel is what makes our organization dynamic.

We currently mutual aid with a number of organizations, both fire & EMS.
We respond with 5 fire departements in our coverage area, Clinton Fire,
Twp of Clinton Division of Fire, Lebanon Fire, Quakertown Fire &
Pattenburg Fire. Rescue Services wise, we work very closely with
Flemington-Raritan Rescue Squad's Rescue Services Unit (RSU49). In
fact much of our training is done in conjunction with RSU49 and vise
virsa. Other rescue service agencies we work with are Whitehouse
Rescue (Sta.22), High Bridge Rescue (Sta.14) and Washington Rescue-
Warren county (Sta.83). Water rescue wise we work with a number of
units, RSU49, Garden State U/W, Somerset Fire/Rescue, NJ State Parks &
Forestry, NJ State Police TEMS & Lambertville Rescue (Sta.17). Our
department is also one of the charter agencies of the Hunterdon county
technical rescue task force. This task force is being formed among the
current agencies who are trained & equiped to mitigate such incidents.

Our station location is:
