Here's how:

Ignition:

Changing the ignition system gives you a full 28 hp unless the exhaust system also is restricted. Every Aprilia dealer should easily manage to get hold of a new ignition box costing somewhere near 250£.

Exhaust system:

Swapping the original exhaust system with a new one is the the easiest way of making it go faster. A new exhaust combined with the unrestricted ignition box should deliver close to 30 hp.
