Is there a manual available for my <insert your bike here> ?

The most likely answer is no, sorry. The only bikes currently with English manuals are:

Honda VFR 400 (NC30) and RVF400 (NC35), there are also some notes on earlier models.
Honda CBR400 (NC29)

If you don't own one of the bikes in the above list then you have two options, either (a) Get a Japanese manual, these are available from some larger dealers, they are good for pictures but have obvious limitations, or (b) Get one for a official bike that is similar, e.g Bros owners could get a manual for a NTV or a FZR400 owner could get one for a 600.

I live in USA, where can I get these bikes? How much will it cost? etc.

If you live in the USA you're probably thinking like the rest of us - Where can I buy these bikes? I wouldn't exactly admit to having a great deal of knowledge in this area as I don't live in the USA but I do know that there are strict and costly import laws regarding vehicles. These may include, but are not limited to: (1) import tax, (2) any necessary modifications needed must be done (or at least checked) by an official body, (3) Emissions testing, (4) Registering by the Department of Transoprt (DoT) in your state. I guess this could vary state to state.

It is highly recomended that you contact your DoT before you order anything and find out what the procedure is. (if you know any more about this, you have done this or you have contacted your DoT and found out anything PLEASE can you email it to me as I'd like to make this whole section more accurate).

As for where can you get the bike, you can either find out an importer, go on holiday to Japan and go to the auctions (for used) or visit a dealer, order directly from a Japan dealer and get them to ship the bike or order from a European importer who is willing to ship you a bike (this is likely to be more expensive but there is usually less of a language barrier!).
