Further Information

The golden days of supercars are gone forever, many of the potent machines created during the Sixties have been updated and improved by their ingenious owners. This street machine is a highly-modified version of the famed SS396 Chevelle. This Chevelle features a lightweight fiberglass hood topped by a snorkle hood scoop. The tubular sub-frame supports a multi-carbed 427 cubic inch "Ratmotor." The latest trends in drag racing are reflected in the lightweight steering, heavy-duty rear suspension, and light alloy Anson wheels.*

My thoughts on this model...

Everything was good except for the engine. It wouldn't fit right when I was trying to attach it and it's components onto the main body. Also, the exhaust headers wouldn't line up perfectly with the exhaust pipes, I had to fiddle with it just to make it look half decent.

I picked this model up at Zellers for $7! That's half price for those of you who aren't farmiliar with Canadian prices.
