I had also added there custom Chip.

FLP(not SLP) Full Length Headers.  These were a dent in the wallet but they were worth it, there are more pieces and install tips below.

I bought the Progressive Rate Springs, they claim to lower your car 1.3 front and 1.3 rear.  I did not want a low rider so this is what i ended up with.   I have some before and after pics of my car.   Its kind of hard to tell in a picture but there is a noticeable difference.

I have the Lower Control Arms w/poly bushings.

Body

I have the 4 piece Ground Effect Kit.  It was mostly easy to install, it was more scary than difficult.  I only ran into one problem, and that was getting the rear bumper piece on.  I had to do a little rigging.  After all that, i was very happy with these.  The paint guy told me he had to do a little sanding to smooth out but they were very good quality material.  If i bought another Camaro I would definitely do this again.
