115. Rest In Peace
First Broadcast: February 3, 1996

The part-time student of a charismatic professor of Hawaiian history is working construction on a new land development when the crew uncovers a secret Hawaiian tomb, the apparent resting place of King Kamehameha II and his queen. The student manages to smuggle out a few artifacts before the site is closed down. While Holli and Nui help to authenticate the artifacts, the young student turns up dead. The more volatile Hawaiian students decide to act on their own and take the developer's daughter hostage, demanding that he give up the land where the tomb is located and name the young man's killer. However, the developer's chief lieutenant has other plans--the "accidental" burial of the group in the cave. Holli is caught with the students when they are buried and must assist them in surviving until Mack can find and rescue them. Interwoven with this modern story are flashbacks to the famous voyage of King Kamehameha and his queen to Englend to meet King George IV, a journey which resulted in both their deaths from measles.
