A corrupt U.S. Marshall murders the protected witness he's supposed to settle in Honolulu, then sells his identity to a major drug dealer. While Mack closes in on the Marshall, Holli resists all accusations... because the man is a former lover who has already begun to renew old passions with her. Ultimately, she sees him for what he's become instead of what he once was.
