The paternity of Nikolas remains questionable. For years it was certain Stefan and Laura, who were in love and had made love, had conceived Nikolas together. But on November 19th, 1999, Helena informed the son she always hated, Stefan, that she had switched the paternity tests and that Stavros was really Nikolas's father. It was heartbreaking. However, Helena was also there in the hospital when the tests proved Stavros was the father...so...which time did Helena alter the results to suit her purpose?
Mikkos had two other children by his mistress, Alexis Davis and Kristina Cassadine. This however shows the history before any of this information is revealed. Victor and Tony Cassadine, Mikkos's cousins I believe, either that or his brothers, helped him with this dream of making the world a beautiful place. It was insane, and Mikkos became out of control. Victor seemed to be the only sane Cassadine in this group at this time. Tony was frozen by Mikkos, and Victor was sent to prison, but knowing the Cassadines, he could be anywhere.
