Yes some days are diamonds they lift you high and bright, You feel the shininess all around you, And then some days are like a cold stone without you, I would like my days to be like diamonds bright and shiny, But some time the hard days won't leave me alone because I am without you, I cry on my pillow of stone wishing you were here to hold me, but I find myself all alone with that cold wind blowing over me the chill of losing that diamond I had so longed for and lost,
Some days are diamonds and some days are cold stone, The truth be known you have been my diamond in the rough who lit up my heart and made it shine like no other heart shines, You made my heart a diamond please don't turn it to stone, Yes my days are like diamonds stay away you nasty old stone,
