years. Starbug proceeds through an asteroid belt teeming with
brain-sucking Psirens.

The crew are drawn to a station where the owner, Legion, gives them everything
they want if they
agree
to stay. Is Legion more than he seems?
Gunmen
of the Apocalypse
In a battle with a simulant ship, Starbug is given the Apocalypse
virus. In order to find an anti-virus,
Kryten
contracts it and the crew battle the virus in an AR wild western style
game.

Needing to get an essential engine part, Lister is married off to a GELF bride. He chickens out and runs
off, making the chief so angry he sends a young Polymorph after them.

In a raiding party aboard a simulant ship, the crew are confronted by a
half-crazed simulant and Rimmer flees in an escape pod only to fly through
a wormhole, crash on a planet, and wait 600 years for rescue.

The crew find a time machine and are confronted by their evil, future selves

Only the Good...
Starbug is destroyed in Red Dwarf's hanger and Lister is arrested by the Nanobot-built Red Dwarf crew, Rimmer included. Rimmer takes the crew profiles, the Luck virus and the Sexual Magnetism virus from the demolished Starbug's cockpit.
Rimmer has trouble with his new found sex life, while Lister tries to find a way to escape from custody.
Kryten discovers that the crew has been in a drug-induced virtual reality zone which let Captain Hollister see their escape efforts, winding them up in the brig.
Lister signs up the posse to join the Canaries (basically a suicide squad) where they discover a derelict with a computer that can see the future.
Kryten is classified as a woman and is reprogrammed to videotape the ladies shower night.
Rimmer and Lister are sentenced to the "Hole" where they meet a Birdman and his sparrow, whom they accidentally transform into a T-Rex with the help of a timewand.
The posse have to find a way to stop the T-Rex without causing more trouble.
In order to save Red Dwarf from a corrosive microbe, Rimmer travels to a parallel universe that is the mirror image of our own. In the end, he returns with no cure, everyone else gone, and the ship is about to be destroyed. Death (The Grim Reaper) tries to take Rimmer and the show ends. The producers must hate us.
