My name is Sara Elizabeth. I go by Sara, Beth or Sara Beth, and one dear friend even calls me Sara Elizabeth. My nickname is Angel due to my fascination with Angels.

I worked at Michelin Research and Development and other Depts. until disabled.. Upon becoming disabled, I dedicate my time to various support groups such as Tops, weight and nutrition, PTSD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Fibromyalgia and The Lupus Foundation. I am dedicating this page to my beloved mother who passed away and was buried during Thanksgiving, not so very long ago, Elizabeth Shenault.

Who knows? I may get to join her before too long, as I have been diagnosed with not only a potentially fatal disease, but permanent scarring of the liver, due to the meds to treat the disease. I won't get into the specifics. Just to say, that I fear not death. I hope to embrace it with the same honor and dignity which my dear sweet mother did before dying of cancer. I don't think of death as the end, but a beginning; be it soon, or in time to come.

One of my favorite quotes is this. "Death is not what I fear most. I fear living in this world, as we know it."

I also dedicate my home page to those very special people who have done much to bring me joy..You know who you are..I love you dearly. I would like for you to view my page as the life of a happy, bubbly, exuberant person, and remember me as one who did all she could to make others smile.
