Important point of the day:

Running feels harder.

However, I am not too much slower than I used to be.

Tested 400 meter run.  The last push down the track felt difficult.  I could feel my energy at that time and with some more focus I could push through my resistence and find more power so I did not slow down.

In the past what would happen is a “burn out” where the body becomes very heavy and stops responding until the running becomes slower.

My intuition is that my control over my autonomic nervous system is greater.

I feel very tired even after one lap, my body tells me not to do it again, take it more slowly.

In the past I would have kept pushing myself.

Being more connected with my body allows me consciouss access to push my system harder in a safer way.  I can feel my circulation and energy gaining strength as I put effort in, whereas before my effort would not produce as strong a response.

However, the feeling of resistence is much stronger from my body and it requires courage to go through.

Jung-Choong breathing 90 minutes

General Effect Afterwards – Energy in lower part of the body very strong, dahn jon easy to feel.

In the third posture of jung-choong breathing straightening legs can have a large effect.   When legs were straightend to the maxium and toes pulled heavy sensation (heavy energy) started to release from organs and gaging reflex was initiated.
