What information does the copy of the prescription need to contain? (This refers to the document that ends up at the store that the copy is going to.)
What information does the pharmacist who is giving a copy need to record.?  What does the pharmacist need to do with the actual prescription? Does it make any difference if the pharmacy uses a computer to keep track of refill information? Are copies for controlled substances handled any differently? (Top of page 210)
