Life-Like's HO Scale Proto 2000 GP20 Diesel Locomotives

The GP-20 can be considered both the beginning and an end. It was the last first generation locomotive produced by EMD. The advances heralded the second generation of EMD locomotives. Initially an experimental homebuilt, designed by Pacific's Omaha shops, this locomotive type increased per unit horse power of an already proven system. The Proto 2000 model provides for these modifications as well as prototypical fan variations and dynamic and non-dynamic braked versions. The Proto 2000 GP-20 will include magnetically operated knuckle couplers. Suggested price is $95.00 with shipment expected for Mid-July 1998.

Life-Like's N Scale ALCO PA/PB's Diesel Locomotives

The PA/PBs, considered by many the handsome locomotive ever. ALCO's PA/Pbs handled some of the finest trains to grace the rails Beginning with the passenger service when introduced, towards the end of their service lives they where assigened to freight duties. The PAa will be available in six road names with PBs available where suitable Estimated price is $65.00 for the powered PA units and $25.00 for the unpowered PB units, with shipment expected for Mid-July 1998.
