On the Title screen where it says "Press start or select to continue" (Or something like that). At that screen; press right, left, down, up, right, left, down, up, then press triangle 5 times and square 9 times and you should hear a chime. then continue as usual.
To play as Gotenks
To play as Gotenks, you need to beat the game 9 times in a row without any continues, on the hardest level, and playing a GT Trunks. After that, you put the cursor on trnks and press select 9 times on the charactor select screen, and it should change gotenks!
