Bidwell, Ohio ![]() Linda is a veteran teacher of 27 years in the Gallia County Local Schools. She has taught all grades of high school English. John is a heavy equipment mechanic working for SFS Truck Sales Their family consists of Rudy, a 4 lb. maltese; Their hobbies include bluegrass music and horses. Linda plays several instruments in a bluegrass band called "Cherry Ridge". John sometimes is their roady--carrying and setting up the equipment. Ginger and Lady are both Tennessee walkers. Ginger had to be hospitalized 41/2 months last summer with a tendon sheath infection, but now she is running and having a good time. Lady will not be two until July 4, so right now the family is horseless. The newest member of the family is Angel, a 5 year old black Kentucky Mountain mare. She is with foal and due in April or May. Sorry to report that Angel's foal died. She has neonatal Isoerythrolysis. She as born very healthy, a beautiful bay on one side and a paint on the other. She has four white, very long legs. We had named her Angel's Anniversary Paint She Ain't because she was born on our anniversary and Mother's day. She will really be missed! It has been quite a while since I update our page, now we have two six-month old babies, a kentucky mountain/walker baby named Chessie and a palomino walker named Layla. We just added a seventh horse, a peruvian paso from Anderson Pecan Valley Farm in Texas, named Sheba de la Rosa. If you want to ride a smooth horse this is the kind to ride. I thought my kmh was smooth, but not quite the ride. The peruvian also has a wonderful temperment.. very sweet disposition. Check out Jeanelle's homepage... I believe it's fenixfarm.com. Anyway you can find her listed under peruvian pasos. Happy hunting. This is chessie, skinny wasn't she? ![]() ![]() Back |
