I will help you have the best birth experience possible.
As a CAPPA certified labor doula, I will meet with the parents in the second or third trimester of the pregnancy to get acquainted and to learn the history of this pregnancy and about prior birth experiences.
I will help you develop a birth plan, teach relaxation, visualization, and breathing skills useful for labor. 
Most importantly, I will provide comfort and support throughout labor and delivery.
