Massage/Stress Balls

Equipment
- Sandwich bags (not ziplock)
- Rice
- Balloons
- Tape
- Scissors
Method
- Fill sandwich bag with about 1/4 cup of rice. Twist the
top of the bag, and tape it down.
- Cut the next off a balloon and stretch it over the bag of
rice.
- Repeat with 2-3 more balloons so the bag is completely
covered. You can cut more holes out of the balloon to
make interesting patterns.
Note: Having a friend to hold the bag while you
stretch the balloon is a big help.
