Questions to ask yourself.

Before jumping on in and getting that dream web site made ask yourself a few questions, you might not need to ask all these questions here, you might think of other quesions we haven't but it is a good idea to have a think about the web site before you start building it.

• Who is this web site for? You, your friends, your family, maybe even your dog!
• What do you want to use the site for? A site made to act as a "photo albulm" will be different from a story site, or a "fan" site.
• Will you have more pictures than text or vice versa? Maybe it will be an "even split"
• How much time will you have to work on the site? Remember: a big site takes a lot of time!
• What pages will your site have? Maybe a bio page, photo page, and a family page.
• How much web space do you have to use? More space --> bigger site :)

We hope these questions help clarify the purpose of your web site because there's nothing worse than getting excited over your new web site, getting the free web space and then thinking "What am I going to do now?" - trust us because we've done just that!
