WHAT BROWNIES SHOULD BRING TO MEETINGS:

1. Program Book: The Brownie Program Book should be brought to all meetings. We may not use it every week but would like it there just in case. Leaders/Volunteers will try and update books regularly. Anything she accomplishes will be marked in her book with the date and a colourful sticker. If you have a question about an entry in her book you may contact her leaders. It is strongly suggested that you place the Program Book in a binder of some sort, not only to help preserve it, but to assist your Brownie to identify it quickly from all the other Brownie Books. Before you leave please make sure she has her book and that she has the correct book. Many a time we’ve had an upset Brownie because someone took her book home and she doesn’t know who. We can not be responsible for books that are lost at meetings. Please encourage your Brownie to look after it.

2. Water Bottle or Plastic Tumbler/Mug: As we are an active group, the girls do get thirsty. We encourage them to bring in a container (with her name on it) to use to get a drink of water when she feels the need. Bringing her own container cuts down on the amount of dishes we have to clean after meetings. Thanks!

3. Outlook or Window Test Work: ONLY ON BADGE TESTING NIGHTS PLEASE! If your daughter has worked on windows or outlooks at home she may bring in whatever pertains to that work to show us.

4. Items for Service Projects: See "Service Projects Our Brownies Are Involved In" section.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING:

Pets: unless you have made arrangements with Brown Owl as part of your Pet Outlook.

Food: unless asked to bring for special occasion

Toys/Valuables

Siblings/Friends etc: unless our special "Bring A Friend Night"

Please do not send ‘show & tell’ items, unless it is a special Show & Tell night indicated on the calendar.
